The Users page enables you to add, edit or delete user details.
The Users page lists the users, along with the User Number, User Name and the Authority Level.
To search for a user:
In the AlarmNet 360 home page, type the City-CS-Sub or MAC ID of the device and then click Search.
The account number, along with the device details, appears.
Under Actions, select Edit and then click the icon. The Account Overview page appears.
In the left pane, click Users.
Type the User Number in the search bar and then press Enter. The relevant user is listed.
The New User option enables you to add a new user.
To add a new user:
In the Users page, click New User. The Add New User dialog box appears.
Type the User Name and the assigned User Code.

Note: The following fields are disabled.

Select Z-wave Lock Control to enable the lock control for the selected user.

Note: The Door Unlock Auto Disarm is enabled only if you select the Z-wave Lock Control for the user. |
From the list, select the Door Unlock Auto Disarm to enable or disable the relevant permission.
Click Save. A confirmation message appears.
Click OK.

With the relevant access permission, you can edit the existing users.
To edit a user:
From the users list, click the icon against the relevant user. The Edit User dialog box appears.
You can edit the relevant fields and then click Save.

Note: The following fields are disabled.

With the relevant access permission, you can delete the existing users.
To delete a user:
From the users list, click the icon against the relevant user.
A warning message appears.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Note: You cannot delete the default users such as Installer and Master. |
