Firmware Jobs

The Firmware Jobs page enables you to monitor the jobs and also delete the jobs based on the status of the job.

Viewing or Searching for a Job

The Jobs page lists the firmware jobs, along with the Job Name, Accounts, Job Status, Schedule to start on, Device Model, Schedule Firmware, Schedule by and the Actions.

To search for a firmware job:

  1. In the AlarmNet 360 home page, click the  icon, appearing at the top right corner.

The Jobs page appears.

  1. You can search for the firmware jobs using either of the following options.

Note:

Click Clear Search to cancel the search operation.

Description

Job Type

From the list, select the job type.

Job Name

Type the job name.

Scheduled By

Displays the login name of the user who has scheduled the firmware job.

Job Status

All

Select to include all the job status.

Note:

Select All to select all the jobs that are Pending, In Progress, Success, and Error.

MAC

Type the MAC ID.

Device Info

Device Family

From the list, select the device family.

Device Model

From the list, select the device model.

Version

From the list, select the version of the device.

Scheduled to start between dates

From

Click the  icon, to select the From date, along with the month and year,  and the time.

To

Click the  icon, to select the To date, along with the month and year,  and the time.

The search result displays the number of jobs, along with the job status.

Notes:

  • In the job list, under Actions, click Details to view details of the job.

    • Click Refresh to refresh the job details.

    • Click Retry Failed Accounts to reset the state for the failed accounts in the selected job and resume firmware upgrade.

    • Click the icon to go back to the Firmware Jobs page.

 

Deleting a Firmware Job

Based on the status, you can delete the firmware jobs.

To delete a firmware job:

  1. From the Jobs list, click the icon against the relevant job.

A warning message appears.

  1. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
