Screen displays the account details.
To view/edit the details:
Login > type the device MAC ID/City-CS-Sub > tap .
The Account Overview screen has
Tap to Register Panel. Appears only when the Lyric gateway panel is not yet registered.
Tap to edit the Customer details.
Account Details. You can tap Other Locations to view associated additional accounts. Also, you can edit the Location address.
Total Connect Account details.
In the Configuration section:
Sync Precedence to form a synchronization precedence between panel and the AlarmNet 360. You can set either of the device as primary device.
Note: During synchronization, any change in the primary device will overwrite the changes in the secondary device.
Displays the number of connected Sensors, Keyfobs, Keypads, Z-Wave Devices, Users, Settings, Reporting Tests, and Event Logs.
Note: Z-Wave Devices option is available only for Gateway panels.
Panel details.
Replace: Tap to replace the panel. In the Replace Panel page, enter the new MAC ID and CRC. Tap Verify Details.
Get Status: Tap to receive the status of the selected panel.
Reboot Panel to restart the panel from AlarmNet 360 mobile application.
SiXTM Device Firmware Details: Displays the count of all the configured RF devices, along with the count of the device with the latest firmware. Also, displays the link to view and upgrade the device firmware details.
Firmware version.
Upgrade: Tap to schedule a firmware upgrade.
Communicator details.
The QOS Information
pane enables you to monitor the signal strength of the communicator
over a period of time.
You can also click Get
QOS data to process the command
and receive the current QOS data. You can view the last seven
messages.
Under TEST, Sensor Tests details.
Packages allows you to view the selected packages and the add-on features. You can also change the package if required and select the respective add-on features from this section.
Following are the add-on features available:
Two-Way Voice (For all the packages): Enables two-way communication between the control panel and the Central Station.
Video Alarm Verification (only for Smart Security and Smart Home packages): Enables Central Station to log on to the Total Connect camera and verify the alarm credentials
Video Service (only for Smart Security and Smart Home packages): Based on the selected service level, the video clip from the camera is retained.
None: Select to disable the video service. Disabling the video service deletes all the video clips and you will no longer have access to the video service module.
7 Days: Select to enable the video service for a maximum of 7 days. The video service deletes the video clips that are older than 7 days.
Pro Lock (non-billable feature and available for all packages): Enable this feature to password protect your panel. You should click Generate Validation Code and enter the password in the panel to access.
