The screen displays the records only if the panel is configured to a keypad.
To search for a keypad:
Login > search by entering the City-CS-Sub code or MAC ID. In the New Account screen, tap Keypads.
Enter the Mac Address and tap .
To add a new keypad:
Login > search by entering the City-CS-Sub code or MAC ID. In the New Account screen, tap Keypads.
Tap Keypads. In the Add Keypad screen:
Tap to select the Keypad Type.
Note: The Zone Number field is disabled.
Enter the seven digit Serial #/MAC.
Tap Pair Keypad to pair the keypad with the system.
Notes:
During the learning mode, turn on the keypad and wait until it is paired with the system. This may take about 5-10 seconds.
DO NOT close the browser window when the panel is in Pairing mode. Else, the panel will remain in STANDBY mode for 10 minutes.
Enter Zone Description 1.
Enter more Zone Description 2, if any.
Tap Save and then tap OK.
Note: The Save and Add Another option in the Add Keypad screen, enables you to save the newly added keypad and then add another keypad.
With the relevant access permission, you can edit the existing keypad.
To edit a keypad:
Login > search by entering the City-CS-Sub code or MAC ID. In the New Account screen, tap Keypads.
In the Keypads page, tap in the keypad block. The Edit Keypad page appears.
You can edit the relevant fields and then tap Save.

Note: The Zone Number, and the Keypad Type fields are disabled. |
With the relevant access permission, you can delete the existing keypad.
To delete a keypad:
Login > search by entering the City-CS-Sub code or MAC ID. In the New Account screen, tap Keypads.
In the Keypads page, tap in the keypad block. The Edit Keypad page appears.
Tap Delete.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

To view the keypads:
Login > search by entering the City-CS-Sub code or MAC ID. In the New Account screen, tap Keypads.
The configured keypad, along with the following details, is displayed.
Zone Number: Displays the zone number of the configured keypad.
Keypad Type: Displays the type of the keypad. The available type is Remote.
Mac Address: Displays the MAC address of the configured WiFi keypad.
