ArmingDing

From the list, select to confirm the arming through the following options:

  • All RF

  • RF KeyFob

  • RF Keypad

Quick Arm

Quick Exit

Select to enable the user to exit an armed premise quickly without disarming and rearming the system. When the Quick Exit sequence is entered, if the system had been armed, it restarts exit time in that specific partition as if it was just armed. All rules of exit apply including the exit error logic.

Restart Exit Time

Select to restart the quick exit time.

Force Bypass

Select to enable you to select the zone(s) that you wish to bypass. The bypass feature can be used when you want to intentionally arm your system with one or more zones unprotected.

Silent Exit

This option is disabled depending on the selected device type.

Display Exit Time

Select to display the exit delay time on the keypad.

Chime Mode

This option is enabled depending on the device type.

Power Up in Previous

When the system powers up armed, an alarm will occur 1 minute after arming if a zone is faulted, and any bypassed zones will be unbypassed.

This is a read-only field.

Note:

If the previous state was Armed Away or Stay, the system will not respond to sensor changes for 1 minute. This allows time for sensors such as PIRs to stabilize.

Auto Stay Arming

If this feature is enabled by installer, the panel, when armed AWAY from the control’s keypad or a Wireless Keypad, automatically switches to the STAY mode if the Exit Time expires and no exit has been made. Exit must be made through an Entry/Exit Zone (door). If exit is made through a Garage Door, the system will automatically switch to the STAY mode when the Exit Time expires.

Note:

If the exit route entry/exit sensor is in a check condition or has been bypassed it will result in a loss of interior protection because the alarm system will arm STAY in this case. Consult with your installer for servicing of the entry exit zones or to turn off this feature if a check condition on entry exit zones occurs.
