The New Account page enables you to create a new customer account.
To create a new account:
In the AlarmNet 360 home page, click + New Account and select the panel. For example, L5200. The New Account page appears.
Under Installation for, if you have logged on as a:
Honeywell user, then you must select the dealer company for which the account must be created.
Central Station user, then you can either select the dealer company for which the account must be created or select My Central Station if the account is being created for his own CS company.

You must select the customer type from the following:

Type the customer name in the firstname, lastname format. |

From the list, select the type of phone number. Also, select the city code and then type the phone number.

Type the valid e-mail ID of the customer. The maximum character limit is 50. If the same e-mail address is used in Total Connect section, then the master user will receive welcome e-mails which contains the Total Connect URL, user name, and password link. Enter the email in the specified format.

Under Customer Info, if you select Existing Customer, Search Existing Customer window appears.
Select the required option from Search By drop-down menu and type the respective code (City-CS-Sub or Mac ID).
Click Search to auto-populate the details.
Note: The fields are auto-populated based on the availability of the customer details. Also, you can use the Existing Customer option if you are creating a Multi-Site account. |

Type a name for the location. For example, home, vacation home, and so on. The maximum character limit is 50. |

Enter the internal account number specified for the customer. The maximum character limit is 25. For example, if you are using applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Accounting, and so on, you can enter the ID you previously created for the same customer in other applications. |

Click the icon to set the contract end date by selecting the month, year, and date in the calendar. |

From the list, select the panel revision type. Ensure that the correct panel software revision is selected. Based on the selected panel revision, you can select the features in AlarmNet 360. The revision number in available on the panel carton and also on the panel. |

Then, click SAVE at the top right corner of the screen. The account details are saved as draft under DEVICES>Programming>Drafts in the AlarmNet 360 page. Later, you can convert the draft to an account. |

Type the City-CS-Sub ID of the account. The ID is the AlarmNet account number you received from the Central Station. It is a two digit City ID, a two digit Central Station ID, and a four digit subscriber number. |
Click Continue. The security account is verified based on the following:
If the City-CS-Sub is valid and unassigned.
If the MAC ID is valid and unassigned.
If
the Panel Revision and
Communicator Type are
compatible.
For example, if the Communicator
Type is CDMA and the Panel
Revision is Rev 7, an error message appears. To proceed,
you must either select the supported Communicator
Type or the supported Panel
Revision.
Note: The edit option is enabled after you verify the security account. Now, you can click Edit Panel Details to modify the panel details and customer information. |
Once the verification is successful, the image of the selected communicator type appears.
Under Packages section, select the required package from the drop-down menu.
Note: You can change the package even after creating the account from the Account Overview page.

The default notifications contain a list of Total Connect 2.0 events that can be enabled for your customer. When any of the events are enabled, the master user receives those event notifications to their e-mail address that is saved during account creation. Enabling these events for e-mail notification during account creation will save time for your users as they will not need to subscribe to them. Your user can unsubscribe at any time by logging on to the Total Connect 2.0 web site or the Total Connect 2.0 app with an iPad. |
Click Finish displayed on the top-right corner of the page.
Check the details again and click Confirm Creation. A success message appears with the details such as Customer ID, Account # and Alarm Reporting Number.
