Account Overview

The Account Overview page displays the complete overview of the account.

To view the account overview:

  1. In the AlarmNet 360 home page, type the City-CS-Sub or MAC ID of the device and then click Search.
    The account number, along with the device details, appears.

  2. Under Actions, select Edit and then click the icon. The Account Overview page appears.

  3. The following table displays the account and services overview. You can view/edit the following:

Notes:

You can also use the following options appearing at the top right corner of the account overview page.

  • Save As Template: Click to save the details provided in the account overview page as a template. You can use the saved account details to include multiple accounts.

  • Delete: Click to delete the selected account.

Account

Account Status

Displays the account status.

  • Active: When the Panel is connected, registered, and associated with AlarmNet 360.

  • Inactive: When the Panel is not connected and registered.

Account #

Displays the account number.

City-CS-Sub

Displays the city code, Central Station, and Subscriber Number.

Last Registered

Displays the date when the panel was last registered with AlarmNet 360.

Active Since

Displays the date since when the account was active.

Location

Location Name

Displays the location of the device.

Installation Address

Displays the complete address of the customer.

Notes

You can enter any notes for reference, any time later.

Dealer Reference ID

Displays the reference ID assigned to the dealer.

Edit

Click to modify an existing account.

AlarmNet Services

Advanced Protection Logic

Select to Enable additional assurance that signals are sent to the Central Station in the event that the alarm system equipment is compromised prior to sending an alarm.

  • Designed to provide additional assurance that an alarm is sent to the central station in the event that the security system is compromised prior to it sending an alarm.

  • AlarmNet 360 receives all messages upon violation of any Entry-Exit or dialer-delayed zones and awaits a successful disarm from the user.

  • If the network does not receive a disarm within a certain time, AlarmNet 360 sends an alarm to the Central Station.

Two Way Voice

Select to Enable two-way communication between the control panel and the Central Station, following an alarm condition.

  • Provides audio alarm verification and remote listen-in capability.

  • Allows central station to communicate with the premises through AlarmNet 360.

  • Requires a GSM or iGSM device that supports 2-way voice, and an AlarmNet 360 800+' central station connection.

  • Two-Way Voice over IP requires any lynx panel, a WiFi board with Revision 4.97 or higher and an AlarmNet 360 800+' central station connection.

Two-way communication between the control panel and the Central Station will occur either through VoIP (using wifi) or cellular (using SIM number).

Video Alarm Verification

Select to enable Central Station to log on to the Total Connect camera and verify the alarm credentials.

I-View Now™ is a patented, cloud-based central station interface that makes Video Alarm Verification as easy as pushing a button. Your central station is integrated with I-View Now to offer Video Alarm Verification. If you have any questions on I-View Now configuration, please contact your central station.

Click to modify the existing service plan.

Total Connect 2.0 Services

Total Connect 2.0 Plan

From the list, select the relevant plan for Total Connect services.

  • Total Connect™ Basic

    • Provides remote control of your security system from smart phones, or via the Web on a computer or MAC.

    • Supports notifications via email or text messaging on system events that take place at the panel (alarms, disarms, low battery, system trouble, AC loss, and so on).

    • Provides Multi-Site Access: Allows more than one business or home to be accessed by the user with single-sign-on access to all locations.

    • Up to 100 locations are supported.

  • Total Connect™ Plus

    • Provides remote control of your security system from smart phones, or via the Web on a computer or MAC.

    • Supports notifications via email or text messaging on system events that take place at the panel (alarms, disarms, low battery, system trouble, AC loss, and so on).

    • Provides Multi-Site Access: Allows more than one business or home to be accessed by the user with single-sign-on access to all locations.

    • Up to 100 locations are supported.

    • Consumer notifications via email or text messaging, for up to ten individual sensors. (These notifications are independent of alarms and other security notifications).

  • Total Connect™ Premium

    • Provides remote control of your security system from smart phones, or via the Web on a computer or MAC.

    • Supports notifications via email or text messaging on system events that take place at the panel (alarms, disarms, low battery, system trouble, AC loss, and so on.).

    • Provides Multi-Site Access: Allows more than one business or home to be accessed by the user with single-sign-on access to all locations.

    • Up to 100 locations are supported.

    • Consumer notifications through e-mail or text messaging, for an unlimited number of individual sensors. (These notifications are independent of alarms and other security notifications).

Information Service

From the list, select to enable:

  • Information Basic Services

    • 5-Day Weather

    • Provides a graphical depiction of a five day weather forecast on lynx panels.

    • Uses simple, easily recognizable icons to quickly display weather status.

    • Emergency alerts (Version 6.x or higher)

    • Must be enabled on the Total Connect website >Events, Rules and Notifications>Setup>Click the Tornado icon.

  • Enhanced Information Services

    • 5-Day Weather, Traffic and News

    • Provides a graphical depiction of a five day weather forecast on lynx panels.

    • Local traffic in text format sent to the lynx panel.

    • News sent to the lynx panel.

    • Setup for these parameters is done from the Total Connect™ Web portal.

    • Emergency alerts (Version 6.x or higher)

    • Must be enabled on the Total Connect website > Events, Rules and Notifications>Setup> Click the Tornado icon.

Automation Service

From the list, select to enable the automation services for the following:

  • ZWave Module

    • Control up to 40 lights, 3 thermostats and 4 doors locks.

    • Uses Z-Wave® control with purchase of additional Z-Wave controller for the lynx panel.

    • Provides remote control of your automation devices from smart phones, or via the Web on a computer or MAC.

    • Real-time status of thermostats, lights, or locks.

    • Ability to send notifications via e-mail or text messaging based upon user-definable settings for thermostats, lights, or locks.

  • Controlling Garage Doors

    • Control up to 3 garage doors.

    • Uses the optional 5877 Relay Receiver (Purchased separately).

    • Uses a 5815 or 5816 transmitter to determine if the door is opened or closed.

    • Simple solution for opening/closing garage doors.

    • Provides remote control of garage doors from smartphones or via the Web on a computer or Mac.

    • Real-time status of garage doors.

    • Ability to send notifications via e-mail or text messaging based upon user-definable settings for garage doors.

Advertising Service

Select to enable the following:

  • Ability to send one message per day to a lynx panel.

  • Messages also appear on the Total Connect™ web site as well as user’s mobile device.

  • Enables increase in sales or remind customers of payments due.

Panel Model

Displays the panel model type and name.

Battery Status

Displays the battery status of the device.

Serial #

Displays the serial number assigned to the device.

Firmware Version

Displays the firmware version of the device.

Revision

Displays the revision version of the panel.

Communicator

Status

Displays the status of the communicator.

  • Normal: Appears when the communicator is connected.

  • Not Registered: Appears after creating the account and before registering the communicator.

  • Comm. Fail: Appears if there is network connectivity issue or communicator connectivity issues.

Last Status Check-in

Displays the last status check-in date and time.

Next Status Check-in

Displays the next status check-in date and time.

Wi-Fi Communicator

Displays the details of the selected Wi-Fi communicator.

MAC

Displays the MAC ID of the Wi-Fi communicator.

Model Name

Displays the model name of the Wi-Fi communicator.

Replace

Click to replace the communicator type.

Cellular Communicator

Displays the details of the selected cellular communicator.

AID

Displays the AID number of the cellular communicator.

Model Name

Displays the model name of the cellular  communicator.

Replace

Click to replace the communicator type.

Areas

Displays the count of the following:

  • Users

  • Sensors

  • Keyfobs

  • Keypads

You can click the button at the top right corner of the Areas pane to add multiple areas.
