If you are a central monitoring station:

If your company already uses AlarmNet 360 and you need access:

Contact your company’s administrator. This person can create your user credentials using the “Manage Users” section of AlarmNet 360.

Validation requirements

For validation purposes you will be required to provide the following:

  • Distributor Name and Distributor Account Number
    The company name where you have purchased your equipment, and your account number with them
  • Valid MAC number and CRC code of a security panel or communicator.
    The MAC and CRC can be located on the product packaging and on the physical device. For help locating these numbers CLICK HERE.
  • Valid City Code, Central Station ID Number and Name of your central monitoring station
